Washington Township Refund Policy

As per Article V of the WTYA By-Laws, registration fees for sports programs are neither refundable or transferable.  Transferable meaning using a Field Hockey fee to pay for Division Soccer.

Refund Exceptions:

1) Registrant moves out of the Township to an area not served by the WTYA

2) Registrant cannot participate in a sports program due an injury

3) Death or serious illness in the registrant's immediate family

A vote of the majority of the Executive Committee is required to approve an exception.  Written refund requests must be sent to:
